ERTH will cover all duties and taxes whilst your parcel is in transit. We will not be able to cover any local sales taxes, however.

You can track the status of your order by logging into your Customer Account, and by using the tracking details provided. Tracking information will be made available to you via E-mail as soon as your order is dispatched.

PO Box Addresses. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order.

Weekend Delivery. Weekend delivery may vary. Please contact the courier for further details. Our couriers generally do not deliver on weekends.

Delivery on Public Holidays. Our couriers generally do not deliver on public holidays.

Your parcel will be delivered directly to you or left in a designated safe place. You will sometimes receive a Proof of Delivery photo on your tracking link.

A maximum of two attempts will be made for delivery.
