Returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition, and accompanied by the following:

• Original packaging in-tact
• Original invoice and any accompanying authenticity certificates, as applicable
• Any free accessories or promotional including (but not limited to) the gift wrapping materials, protective coverings or sleeves, jewelry cleaning supplies in unused condition. Damaged items will be subject to a replacement fee.

For purchases made with up-front shipping costs, refunds for eligible products will be issued for the purchase amount minus the shipping costs.

You can start a return by logging into your Customer Account.

If you do not have an account, you can initiate a return by contacting us at hello@erthsingapore.com. In the E-mail, you must state the reason for the return and attach photographs of the item(s). After receiving your inquiry, we will generally respond within 3-5 business days.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your returned item, its eligibility for return will be validated by the ERTH team. If approved, your refund will be processed.

Items that are not eligible for returns include:

• Individual products purchased as part of a set. To be eligible for return, products purchased as a set must be returned with the entire set.
• Items purchased on ‘Sale’ or part of special promotional campaigns
• Gift certificates
• Damaged or used items showing signs of wear
• Items returned without original packaging and original invoice

Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 10-14 working days of us receiving the items, this may vary. Refunds will always be processed to the original payment method.

Any amount paid will be refunded back to the original payment method.
